Why has an API Reporting v2.0 been released?

API Reporting v2.0 has been developed to provide publishers more granularity & flexibility for data extract, more aggregation possibilities. Here are some improvements that been made:

  • Extended filter & group capabilities

  • Unlimited grouping, no more restrictions

  • Better output formats

  • You are now able to distinct integration mode (header bidding / standard)

  • Request an excel report…

Also, we have regrouped API Key & API Secret under 1 authentication factor which is now called API Token. You can get directly from your Ogury Publisher Dashboard (see below), without contacting your Ogury Account Manager.

I’m already using API reporting v1.0, why should I move to v2.0?

If you’re using v1.0, you will be able to use it until March 31 2023. Beyond this date, the API reporting V1 won’t work anymore. We’re currently working with our partners for them to support Ogury API reporting v2.0.

How do I get my token back if I lose it?

You're not able get your existing token back from your dashboard. For security reasons, we do not keep your API token, have no access to it and then are not able to provide it to you.

The only option you have is to revoke and recreate a new API token from your Ogury dashboard. It's very easy and you just need to follow the Getting started guide.

I get "TOKEN_INVALID" code when trying to sync API V2 Reporting ?

The best way to solve this problem is to revoke the current API Token in your Ogury Publisher dashboard.

This action will create a new API Token. You will need then to copy/paste this new token within the user interface supporting Ogury API V2 Reporting (see Getting started section for the updated list of partners)

Please go to your Ogury Publisher Dashboard => Account Setting => API Tokens Section and press "Revoke token" as indicated below:

To confirm the sync is working, check if today's date is written in the "LAST ACCESS" Column of Reporting API line. Assuming the date of today is November 12 2022, the example below will show the API V2 is working properly:

What is the statistics timezone?

Our reporting API reports data use the timezone UTC.

What is the date range of the report I can retrieve?

Everyday around 4am, we compute the statistics up to the day before. For example, on the 20th July 2021, you can access the statistics up to the 19th July 2021.

The available range of dates of your statistics is available through the Information.
